Welcome!
Welcome to the E-Commerce and Tech Law Blog, a special feature being offered by BNA on a pilot basis for subscribers of Electronic Commerce & Law Report, E-Commerce Law Daily, or Computer Technology Law Report.
Why a blog? In a word, connections. This blog is our place to draw connections between seemingly disparate cases and events. Connections between what we’ve written about in the past and what we might be writing about in the future. Connections too tenuous for print. Connections we think bear repeating. Connections between the law and the new technologies it struggles to keep pace with. (This blog is also a place where sentences can end with a preposition! And an exclamation point too.)
And we want to make new connections with you, the legal community we serve. Jump in and post a comment if you are so inclined. Praise, criticism, amplification, explanation, indignation, remonstration and demonstration -- all these and other connections are welcome here.
Since this is a pilot project we encourage feedback. Contact me at totoole@bna.com or (202) 785-6883 with your suggestions. Thanks so much and please come back often.
